“Stories matter. Many stories matter. Stories have been used to dispossess and to malign, but stories can also be used to empower and to humanize. Stories can break the dignity of a people, but stories can also repair that broken dignity…. When we reject the single story, when we realize that there is never a single story about any place, we regain a kind of paradise.”
– Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

Everyone Has a Story

I started writing stories for myself. It was my way to make sense of my experiences and of the often confusing world around me. I never thought that my stories would resonate with so many. I never knew that it would spark conversation, connection and curiosity. I certainly never thought that it could change the way people saw me, and others like me.
I would love to hear your story.
